Keys |

|
● Hang up key (lit in red) to end a call or to go back to the homepage during configuring. ● When you receive a call, the key is blinking red and you can ignore the call by selecting it. Your phone no longer rings but the call is still presented. |

● Redial key: to access the 'Redial' feature (long press). |
|
|
● Messaging key to access the messaging portal (call log, voice messages and text messages). This key flashes blue when there is a new event such as a new voice message, a new instant message or a new event in the call log. The key remains lit until all events are acknowledged or deleted. |

Hands-free/Loudspeaker key ● Pressing this key answers an incoming call in hands-free mode (when activated, the key is lit blue). When a call is in progress, pressing this key switches from hands-free mode to headset or handset mode. A long press activates the loudspeaker when a call is in progress via the handset or headset. ● A long press in idle state displays audio devices and lets you define the default audio device if you have connected the same type of accessory onto different connectors. |

Mute and interphony key ● Mute key: during a call, press this key to stop your contact from hearing you. When activated, the key is lit in blue and the Smart Pad ring in red. ● Interphony key: When idle, press this key to switch the phone to interphony mode. When you receive a call, the phone automatically answers into hands-free mode. This key lights up blue when activated. Interphony can be disabled by the administrator. |

Use your desk phone as a Bluetooth® AudioHub with your mobile phone or as a USB AudioHub with your computer (hands-free mode, handset and headset). Pair your mobile phone using Bluetooth® or connect your computer via USB and make the most of the DeskPhone’s 3D Symphonic HD audio. Your desk phone can stream audio from a Bluetooth® paired smartphone or a connected computer with HD audio quality. Your desk phone acts as a Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone player or an external speakerphone when connected to your computer, for all audio apps such as e-learning webinars, music, podcasts and videos. |

Lorsqu'un appel est en cours, appuyer sur cette touche permet de passer du mode mains libres au mode casque ou au mode combiné.Un actionnement prolongé active le haut-parleur lorsqu'un appel est en cours via le casque ou le combiné. ● Un appui long en état inactif affiche les périphériques audio et vous permet de définir le périphérique audio par défaut si vous avez connecté le même type d'accessoire sur des connecteurs différents. |

Touche Mute/Intercom ● Touche Muet: pendant un appel, appuyez sur cette touche pour que votre interlocuteur ne puisse plus vous entendre. Lorsqu'il est activé, la touche est allumée en bleu et l'anneau du Smart Pad en rouge. ● Touche interphonie: Lorsqu'il est inactif, appuyer sur cette touche pour définir le téléphone en mode interphonie. Lorsque vous recevez un appel, le téléphone répond automatiquement en mode mains libres. Lorsque la fonction est activée, la touche est allumée en bleu. L'interphonie peut être désactivée par l'administrateur. |

Tasto vivavoce/altoparlante ● Se si preme questo tasto, si risponde a una chiamata entrante in modalità viva voce (il tasto è blu). Durante una chiamata in corso, se si preme questo tasto si passa dalla modalità viva voce a quella auricolare o apparecchio.Una pressione prolungata attiva l'altoparlante quando è in corso una chiamata tramite il ricevitore o l'auricolare. ● Premendo a lungo in statoinattivo consente di visualizzare i dispositivi audio e permette di definire il dispositivo audio predefinito se si è collegato lo stesso tipo di accessorio a diversi connettori. |

Tasto Disattiva audio e interfono ● Tasto Esclusione microfono: durante una chiamata, premere questo tasto per impedire al contatto di sentire. Quando attivato, il tasto è illuminato di blu e l'anello dello Smart Pad di rosso. ● Tasto interfonia: Quando inattivo, premere questo tasto per commutare il telefono alla modalità interfonia. Audio Hub - Per conoscere le ultime novità, contattare il proprio amministratore che ha accesso alle ultimenote di rilascio. Utilizzare il telefono fisso come audiohub Bluetooth® con il cellulare o un audiohub USB con il computer (modalità vivavoce, ricevitore e auricolare). Accoppiare il cellulare tramite Bluetooth® o collegare il computer tramite USB e sfruttare al massimo l'audio 3D Symphonic HD del telefono fisso. Il telefono fisso può trasmettere l'audio da uno smartphone accoppiato tramite Bluetooth® o da un computer collegato con qualità audio HD. Il telefono fisso funge da lettore cellulare attivato tramite Bluetooth o da vivavoce esterno se collegato al computer, per tutte le applicazioni audio come webinar di e-learning, musica, podcast e video. |
